Document Storage:
Safely tucked away from prying eyes and disaster, we provide secure storage for our clients. Media vaults, temperature controlled and/or underground storage options available.
All storage orders are charged a one time $50 set up fee in addition to fees below.
New Receipts Cost: $5.00/per item:
A New Receipt is a box, magnetic tape, cartridge or file. New receipt transaction charges include unloading, transport, data entry for recording purposes, and shelving of material. Any additional labor or special requests will be billed at hourly service rate of $32.00/hour.
Retrieval Cost: $5.00/per item:
Retrieval is a box, magnetic tape, cartridge or file. Retrieval charges include all routine labor, receiving of requests, freight handling, labor related processing/shipment time. Postage, commercial freight and courier delivery charges are not included. (Quote will be provided at time of request). Freight charges will be re-billed at cost plus 10%. (Maximum rebill amount will be $90 plus the original freight bill).
Re-storing of retrieved items will be treated as a New Receipt.
